Drain
Jetting
Persistent blockages? Drain jetting clears what rods can't. If your drain keeps blocking — or a simple rod hasn't shifted it — drain jetting is usually the answer. High-pressure water cuts through grease, roots, and built-up debris that other methods just push further down the pipe.
The Process
How Drain Jetting Works
Drain jetting uses a high-pressure hose and nozzle to blast water through the pipe at force. The water breaks down the blockage and flushes the debris out of the system completely. Unlike rodding — which can push a blockage further along — jetting removes it entirely. The water is typically recycled during the job, making it an efficient and relatively eco-friendly process too.
When To Use
Is Drain Jetting Right For You?
- Recurring blockages that keep coming back
- Drains that have partially cleared but are still running slow
- Grease, fat, or limescale build-up in the pipe
- Tree roots partially blocking the drain
- General drain maintenance and cleaning
Benefits
Why Choose Drain Jetting?
Clears the blockage completely
Jetting removes the problem rather than moving it. The high-pressure water breaks down even solid build-up and flushes it out.
Works around bends
The flexible hose follows the pipe around bends and dips where rigid rods can't reach — making it effective on even awkward drain runs.
Cleans the pipe walls too
As well as clearing the blockage, jetting strips grease and debris from the inside of the pipe, reducing the chance of a recurrence.
Fast and minimally disruptive
Most jobs can be completed quickly with no digging and no major disruption to your property.
