Is Your Drain
Leaking?
Drain lining — also called drain relining — is a no-dig repair solution for cracked, leaking, or damaged drains. Left untreated, drain leaks can cause flooding, foul smells, and serious structural damage to your property.
At South Coast Drains, we use cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and patch repairs. It's fast, affordable, and means we can fix your drain without digging up your garden or driveway. We can reline pipes from 50mm up to 600mm in diameter.
Why Choose It
Why Choose Drain Relining?
No digging required
Trenchless technology means we reline the pipe from the inside — no excavation, no mess, no disruption to your home or garden.
Stops water infiltration
The new inner lining seals the pipe and prevents water escaping into the surrounding ground, protecting your property from subsidence.
Keeps roots out
Root ingress is one of the most common causes of drain damage. A new lining adds a solid layer of protection against plant roots working their way back in.
Quick and cost-effective
With no need for major groundworks, drain lining can often be completed in a matter of hours. You get a long-lasting repair without a long job.

The Process
How Does CIPP Drain Lining Work?
We inspect the drain using a CCTV camera to pinpoint the damage.
We measure the pipe and prepare a polyester fibre tube, cut to size and saturated with resin.
The resin tube is inserted into the existing pipe and inflated using air or water pressure, pushing the resin against the inner wall.
The lining is cured in place — either at ambient temperature or using heat. Curing typically takes 4–10 hours.
We carry out a final CCTV check to confirm the repair is complete.
