Our Services

South Coast Drains provides domestic and commercial drainage services including blocked drain clearance, CCTV drain surveys, drain repairs, drain lining, drain jetting, pitch fibre pipe repair, and drain testing. We operate across the South Coast, Home Counties and London.

Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Where additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will notify you and agree costs before proceeding.
• VAT will be clearly stated where applicable.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash.

Guarantees

All repair work is guaranteed. The specific guarantee period will be confirmed in writing at the time of quotation. Guarantees cover workmanship and materials and do not extend to pre-existing defects or damage caused by third parties.

Cancellation

You may cancel booked work at any time before the scheduled start. If we have already travelled to site or commenced work, reasonable costs may apply. Emergency call-outs cannot be cancelled once an engineer is en route.

Access and Site Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the drainage system. If access is restricted or site conditions differ materially from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the quotation or reschedule the work.

Liability

South Coast Drains carries full public liability insurance. We will make good any damage caused by our work. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from the natural deterioration of drainage systems.
